First off, Josie and Lorne were exceptional! They made the tour special and could not do enough for all of us. The tour was very well organized, right down to the very last detail with good communication throughout. Great handouts and well-organized tours. The whale watching was the highlight of the trip for me (and probably others). All made a big difference for me.
I found the cost very reasonable, and the small group size was a major factor in my decision. Anything larger and we would have run into logistical issues, and it would become more impersonal.
