Dec.29th– We have now returned to Ensenada after escorting a family south who were initially reluctant to leave the comforts of the big city and adventure southward. We were heading south to finalize some arrangements for our tour and assured them they would not regret the decision to join us. I am pleased to report that their expectations were exceeded and after spending 6 days with us have continued their journey southward with little apprehension or anxiety and only excitement about what they will experience. Lisa, Jitterbug and I had an excellent Xmas in Bahia de los Angeles where we were invited to the home of long time friends Bety & Antonio Resendiz for dinner on the December 24th. We joined many others into the late hours (8:30 pm) eating turkey, drinking wine and enjoying each other’s company. Xmas day was quite under warm sunny skies and calm winds. We were invited to join the Bowers family for lunch and partake in some more Xmas cheer. Later a siesta was in order, outside of course in our zero gravity chairs, certainly a Xmas to remember.
