November 28, 2010 – We say goodbye to Cabo San Lucas today as we are off to Rancho Verde, definitely a change of pace. Everyone agrees that our picnic and swim at Playa Santa Maria was a real highlight yesterday with lots of great snorkeling, swimming and live entertainment watching jumping Bat Rays, diving Tourists and fleeing unlicensed vendors. A couple of hats where presented on the beach, Maggie received an incredible Pelicano Hat, (outstanding job Petra!) and Petra received her well deserved Queen Of Hats Crown! Our tour of the Art District in San Jose Del Cabo and lunch at Latitude 22 also proved to be hit . Safe to say our stay in Cabo San Lucas will be memorable to all, some folks are already planning their return. One of our group even met another RVer he went to school with 45 years ago growing up in Nelson, BC, what a small world eh! We heard most of the snow back home is starting to melt, winter is also affecting Baja, no more 90F days, we are only reaching 80F with lows in the 50’s. I am confident we can tough it out!
