March 17, 2014 Another great recipe from Kelly. She made these for us when we met up in Feb. 2014 while on tour!
Jalapeno Chilis – halved & seeded
Cream Cheese & grated cheese – combined (or just a piece of any cheese you like)
Cooked chicken pieces (to fit onto the pepper half)
Bacon strips
Mix together the cheeses or cut pieces of cheese. Fill each chili half with your cheese of choice .
Top each with a piece of chicken.
Wrap each chili in bacon.
Fry in pan til bacon is crispy and cheese is melted. Drain on paper towels and let cool slightly.
Serve warm. Muy Delicioso!!
