This recipe was shared with us on our November – December 2014 tour from Darlene & David. Muy Delisioso! So easy and fast!
8 oz. cream cheese – room temp.
bottled salsa – somewhat chunky
cooked chicken – chopped
flour tortillas
Mix together the cream cheese and some salsa. You want it to still be spreadable.
spread cheese mixture onto tortillas. Add some chicken and roll up. Refrigerate.
When ready to serve, slice into 1/2″ slices and serve with extra salsa on the side.
* please note: this does not work with corn tortillas.
