This recipe was prepared for us by Andrea & Ron from Wisconsin (in a “B” class I might add) who were on our February 2015 Baja Tour. It is sooo delicious and very adaptable to use cauliflower instead of potatoes for a different, but just as delicious flavour!

Mix together the cream cheese and some salsa. You want it to still be spreadable.
