March 7, 2018 – Hola amigos! We did it! You have joined the Baja RV Club, believe us when we say given there are 2 million RV Snowbirds every winter you are amongst a small group seeking fun, adventure and a very different camping experience in Baja, Mexico

Hard to believe we were surrounded by 1,200 grey whales in the bay. We had stopped our panga to see one spy hopping, which is the whale coming straight up out of the water with his eyes out of the water looking around, when we were surprised. None of us could believe it when a huge female headed right at us. Little did we know she was bringing her very young baby to introduce us and allow us to pet both her and her offspring for over a half hour!. It was magical.

Mulege was beautiful this time of year and we enjoyed the tour of the town and taking pictures of the view from above the mission.  There was an art show in town that was fabulous with one of a kind paintings and jewelry and embroidered blouses, table cloths etc.            We […]

We arrived at Fidels campground and had a wonderful fire along with wine, brie warmed up on crackers and cheese, avocado, sliced oranges, and hot dogs.
