December 20, 2010 – Well we arrived back to the US as planned on Friday, December 17th safe and sound with the remaining members of the tour, the remaining RVs dropped off on Baja Sur and we will likely hook up with them in February or March 2011 for their return. The 45 day tour was a real success, lifetime memories of new adventure, new friends and great new options southern winter destinations. Lisa and I really enjoyed the group and looking forward to meeting up with most of them again both in the US and the Baja. We want to thank them again for choosing Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours we are confident their expectations were exceeded and look forward to their evaluations of our performance as WagonMasters.
Our return to the US is quite a shock weather wise; rain, cold and windy, this seems to be the forecast for the next 2 weeks! Cannot wait for our return to Baja in January, as we speak I know the weather is 25c and sunny from Bahia de los Angeles south on the Sea of Cortez, I am always bemused what all the Canadian and American Snowbirds find so attractive in the southwest US this time of year? (Isn’t the point of getting away to get into better weather?) Baja California Sur and great sunny warm weather is only a couple of days drive away; another mystery in life for sure.
Feliz Navidad y Prospero Ano Neuvo
