DAY 19: La Paz

Our loop around the cape is complete and we are back in La Paz. We will visit the Museum of Anthropology (or shopping) and then dinner with good friends who live in town.
This photo was taken during Carnival in late February 2009 which is celebrated in the week before Ash Wednesday. This occurs in late February or earlier March each year.
